Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, software, and services provided by Meena Marketing LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including the Email Intelligence software available at app.emailintelligence.io (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions and billing

The Service is sold as a monthly subscription. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card number. Your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. We will give at least 30 days notice by email before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam or unsolicited email, violate any law (including CAN-SPAM and applicable privacy laws), infringe anyone's rights, attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, or interfere with the Service's operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Third-party services

The Service connects to email platforms such as AWeber and ActiveCampaign at your direction. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.

5. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the content and data you bring to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process it only as needed to provide the Service to you.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Meena Marketing LLC and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription.

7. No guarantee of results

The Service provides data, analysis, and suggestions. We do not guarantee any particular open rate, revenue, deliverability, or other business outcome. AI-generated content should be reviewed by you before sending.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Meena Marketing LLC collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit our website or use the Service.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and password when you sign up.
• Billing information: processed by Stripe. We receive limited details such as the last four digits of your card and billing country, never your full card number.
• Connected platform data: when you connect an email platform, we access campaign and performance data from that account so the Service can analyze it.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.
• Communications: messages you send us for support.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, provide customer support, send account and billing notices, keep the Service secure, and comply with legal obligations. If we send marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Advertising and analytics

We may use tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar analytics technologies to understand how visitors use our website and to measure and improve our advertising. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser details, and pages viewed. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook settings and control cookies through your browser settings.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the business (such as payment processing, hosting, email delivery, and AI processing providers), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of sensitive credentials, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing admin@meenamarketing.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, and we will honor those requests as required. You can disconnect any linked email platform from your account at any time.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy and will post the new version here with an updated date.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing admin@meenamarketing.com. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund of that payment. After the first 7 days, monthly payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it promptly.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
